How to draw a face 10 Minutes : Male & Female

Y'all were requesting for a long time to make the tutorial of face cartoon a long with proportion of unlike parts of face, so here it is

To make information technology piece of cake and uncomplicated i will divide this confront drawing tutorial into 3 different parts : Front end view, Side view and 3/4 view , this is part one of three, in this tutorial I will cover front view face drawing of both male and female. basic formula are same for both, but some proportions are unlike for male from female

Notation : Let me tell you that this is not Andrew Loomis method of drawing a face but this method follow the theory of Andrew Loomis

Material Used :

HB pencil (Artline)
Calibration
Drawing canvas (Medium surface)
Mechanical Eraser

Lets Outset with Female person Face

Step i :

Depict a horizontal line and vertical line intersecting each other and right bending (90º). and so mark a altitude from point of intersection both side as and that distance should exist one-half of size of the eye and then marker equal distance in both side and that will be the size of center.

Footstep 2 :

Now we will define the size of the nose, now marker a distance on the vertical line from the point of intersection then describe a modest construction line(horizontal) on the mark and at present make a triangle on that line

Step 3 :

Mark two lines equal to the size of the eye from end bespeak of nose, that will be position of lover lip and other point volition be position of chin

Step four :

Now depict the basic shape of center on both side and so I will define the position and shape of middle forehead and for that describe a line joining the olfactory organ and end of the heart both side, and describe triangular shape and draw heart brows like this equally shown in paradigm higher up. also draw bones shape of nose

Footstep 5 :

At present its fourth dimension define the size and shape of the lips, draw vertical lines from the center of the eyeball and the distance between these lines will exist the size of lips, now draw the lips similar this as shown in prototype higher up

Step 6 :

Now its time to provide shape of the chin and for that draw lines both side whose distance will be half of the eye from the end of the eye and then draw two vertical lines from the middle of the eye ball, and join them like this as shown in the effigy

Step 7 :

For cartoon hairs we should mark the pilus line, distance between countenance line and pilus line will be equal to distance between olfactory organ and chin

Footstep 8 :

Now its time to draw ears, altitude betwixt nose and eye brow will be size of ear, so draw two parallel lines touching eyebrow and cease of the nose as shown in picture. draw the basic shape of ear between these two lines

Male Face

As I said earlier that the bones formula are same for both, but some proportions are unlike for male from female person. and so I will but talk virtually that differences

Then step 1-3 will exist exactly similar then we will directly leap into step iv

Step 4 :

Now depict the bones shape of eye on both side and then I will define the position and shape of eye forehead and for that describe a line joining the olfactory organ and end of the eye both side, and depict triangular shape and draw heart brows like this as shown in image above, the shape of eye brows will exist slightly different from female eyebrows information technology will exist little thicker and closer to the eyes, besides describe basic shape of olfactory organ

Step vi :

At present its fourth dimension to provide shape of the mentum and jawline and for that draw lines both side whose distance will exist half of the eye from the terminate of the eye and then describe ii vertical lines from the eye of the center brawl, and join them like this every bit shown in the effigy (chin will be footling wider and jawline will be little narrow)
